Title:  Non-constant stationary solutions of Euler-Poisson equations for semiconductors

Abstract:   In this talk, I will introduce the existence, uniqueness stability of non-constant stationary solutions of Euler-Poisson equations for semiconductors. In particular, I am going to talk about how the doping profile in semiconductors affects the behaviors of steady-state solutions. This is a joint work with Prof. Xuefeng Wang.

       Speaker  Introduction：王勇，博士，南方科技大学助理教授、硕士生导师。2016年122cc太阳集成游戏获博士学位，2014年至2015年国家公派美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学联合培养博士。2019年入选广东省“珠江人才”青年拔尖计划，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目。王勇博士主要从事研究流体力学中的非线性偏微分方程，论文发表在《SIAM J. Math. Anal.》，《Nonlinearity》，《J. Differential Equations》等。
