摘要： In this talk, I will discuss the boundary–layer problem of chemotaxis systems with its applications.  We shall show that when appropriate Dirichlet boundary conditions are prescribed to the consumption-type chemotaxis systems, boundary-layer phenomenon will be present when the diffusion rate vanishes or small.
