报告摘要：We study the simplified system of the original Ericksen-Leslie equations for the flow of liquid crystals. It is shown that the L^{3,\infty} solutions of the Cauchy problem for the three-dimensional incompressible liquid crystal system are smooth.

报告人简介：刘宪高，博士，复旦大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师。刘宪高教授主要从事偏微分方程的研究，在Landau-Lifshitz方程的正则性，调和热流和复杂流体-液晶方程等方面做出一些非常有意义的工作。
